1. General Provisions
1.1 Organizer Authority:
The organizer reserves the right to modify rules at any time without prior notice.
Severe violations may result in indefinite suspension, disqualification, or warnings.
1.2 Match Integrity:
Deliberate match delays (except for technical issues) are prohibited.
Insults, deception, or disrespect towards others (opponents, referees, organizers, etc.) in any platform (Discord, in-game chats, etc.) is forbidden.
1.3 Prohibited Conduct:
Match-fixing, intentional losing, or betting on matches involving one’s own team is strictly banned.
2. Participant Eligibility & Requirements
2.1 Player Requirements:
Game: Over 200 hours on CS2.
Accounts: Smurfing/multi-accounting is prohibited. Violations result in team disqualification.
2.2 Team Rules:
Single Account Use: Players may only use one account. Disqualification applies for violations.
Stand-ins: Allowed but must meet eligibility criteria.
Team Names: No offensive, racist, or insulting language. Violations risk bans.
3. Tournament Structure
3.1 Format:
Matches: All matches until semi-finals are BO1. Finals are BO3.
Elimination: Single-elimination.
Overtime: Enabled with MR3 10k settings.
3.2 Check-in:
Only team captains can check in.
Voting Time: 10 minutes total for map votes. Failure to vote results in forfeit.
Schedule Voting Time: The team captains must vote for the preferred game date within 56 hours of notification.

4.4 Match Start:
All team members must type !ready within 10 minutes. Failure results in disqualification. The captain has authority to !forceready.
5. Technical & In-Game Conduct
5.1 Technical Issues:
Report issues immediately via technical support. Post-match reports are invalid.
Pauses:
Allowed during freeze time or round end. Max 3 pauses (1 minute each).
Unauthorized pauses may incur penalties.
5.2 Prohibited Actions:
Cheats/Exploits: Any unauthorized software, scripts, or bugs (e.g., flash bugs, pixel-walking, map swimming).
Planting/Defusing: Bombs must be defusable without requiring multiple players (except default mechanics).
Boosting: Allowed unless it exploits transparent textures.
5.3 Behaviour:
Verbal Abuse: Offensive language, griefing, or trolling may result in bans.
Ghosting/Spamming: Prohibited.
6. Referee Authority
6.1 Powers:
Issue warnings, disqualifications, or technical defeats for violations.
Change server locations for ping optimization (with or without team consent).
Request gameplay recordings (POV demo, or OBS).
Restart map picks/bans or backup servers during emergencies.
7. Anti-Cheat & Demos
7.1 Anti-Cheat:
VAC Anti-Cheat is enabled. Cheating results in immediate suspension and match cancellation.
7.2 Demos:
GOTV demos are recorded and available on this website.
8. Appeals & Sanctions
8.1 Appeals Process:
Submit via “Contact” within 10 minutes post-match.
Referee decisions are final.
8.2 Sanctions:
Bans for AFK/leaving accumulate will result in team disqualification, regards of final result.
Unsporting behaviour, misleading admins, or refusal to follow instructions may result in player bans.
9. Prizes
9.1 Distribution:
Winning team captains must have PayPal or Revolut and cover all transaction fees from the won amount during transfer. Prizes issued within 1 month.
It is the captains responsibility to share the prize fairly amongst their team, failure to do so will result in captain ban.
Teams with players banned during the tournament forfeit rewards.
10. Gameplay Streaming
10.1 Twitch/YouTube:
Participants are welcome to stream their own games with at least a 180 seconds stream delay.
The organizers would advise not to include voice chats with the gameplay.
